Restaurant Management
Texas Tech University’s Department of Education offers a number of graduate programs involving food, nutrition, family and consumer sciences, and the service industry. Among them is the Master of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. The master’s program requires a minimum of 36 semester hours, or 30 hours and a thesis.
